First Honey

Yesterday morning, we harvested our very first batch of delicious honey from our bees! It was an incredibly rewarding experience to see the fruits of our bees’ labor, and the taste of fresh honey straight from the hive is something truly special. After 15 years without a dog, my life has taken a delightful turn. I’m thrilled to introduce you to “Heartbreaker’s Bijou,” a stunning foxred Labrador Retriever who has already captured my heart and the hearts of my whole family.

For over a decade, I lived without the joy that only a dog can bring. Yet, deep down, I always knew there was a missing piece, a quiet longing for the companionship and love that a dog offers. The decision to welcome a dog back into my life wasn’t made lightly, but when I met Bijou, it was as if all the stars aligned.

Bijou is more than just a pet; she’s a reminder of the simple joys of life—long walks, playful moments, and that unconditional love that dogs so generously give. Her vibrant energy and affectionate nature have brought a new rhythm to my days, one filled with warmth and happiness.

Welcoming Bijou into my life feels like reclaiming a part of myself that had been dormant for too long. She’s not just a dog; she’s a companion, a friend, and a source of endless joy. Here’s to many happy years ahead with my Heartbreaker’s Bijou!

After using the smartphone with the typical noise cancelling headphones from Bose and Sony for years, I charged my fIIO X1 II today and noticed immediately the difference it makes.

Should it really satisfy us with the data quality we get?

Something wants to make us get used to low data while fetching all the data from us it can get.

The future won’t be the fight for energy anymore, but for data.

I will go back to listening to high res audio without getting tracked what I am listening to and without low res mp3.

Thanks to my wife who gave me the high res player long ago. Just with the Beyerdynamics 770 DT Pro 32 Ohm, you think about why you used mp3 all the time.
